What if men were photographed the way women typically are?

- Write when you feel like it. Don’t force your fingers to continually type on the keyboard, or scribble on a piece of paper if the the words do not spontaneously flow out of your tongue, or mind.
- Don’t be afraid you express yourself thoroughly. Do not care what others might assume from what they have read, because you do not write to satisfy them. You don’t write to make them believe you. You write for yourself. Curse when you need to, sound hopeless of you want to, and most of all, let the writings reflect you; what you’re thinking and how you’re feeling at the moment.
- Don’t write for the sake of compliments for others, because it will get you nowhere. Writing for the sake of recognition or acknowledgement seldom gets you anywhere.
- Learn from critism. Do not get mad at others just because they give you pointers on how to write, instead, analyze their statements and understand how you can incorporate them in a your own writing style
- Let your imagination run wild. Don’t set restrictions on your writings. Let yourself create a world that you can be proud of.
- Learn to appreciate your creations. Don’t bring yourself down because you think your composition is not good enough. Just remember that you have a piece of you in that composition, and it’s a fragment of the mirror in which you see your self in, and it will make all the difference.
- Being able to use deep words doesn’t automatically mean you’ve got yourself a good composition. Sometimes the words are just used to amaze people with their depth.
- There is no such thing as vagueness or clarity when it comes to a composition. You know what it all means if it’s your masterpiece, because no matter how much you hide the from others in your metaphors and idioms, you cannot hide the truth from yourself.
- Be original. Write in a way that would mark the composition as your own. Do not be afraid to experiment on different writing styles until you find one that satisfies you.
- And lastly, always remember to never compare yourself to other writers. Solely because you are your own Shakespeare, and you inspire people in ways you cannot even fathom.
I find that, when writing bios, it’s really helpful to look at a list or a chart like the one above. Picking two or three traits from each chart and building a character based around them will give you a really interesting bio, because they will serve as a reminder that characters need depth and dimension.
Independent and clever.
VS.
Independent, clever, pretentious, and stubborn.
The first combination doesn’t come with any flaws, whereas the second will provide a more dynamic character.
Art Tips - The Foot by ArandaDill
yes feet good
Gosh dang it, I hate drawing feet the most.
Haha so I’m cleaning out some crap I have in my room, and part of that includes my files from college. Most of it is worthless but there are a handful of really helpful things that I would be lost without!
…This isn’t one of them, but it sure is interesting!
This is from a book one of my teachers photocopied for us, which is a list of the “10 giveaways of amateur art” according to this writer (within comics, but a lot of it applies to illustration). It’s interesting, I think, and something I felt I should pass along (also I needed a break from digging through my stuff like a gopher).
Note that this is transcribed - with my thoughts in double parenthesis ((..)) - and that I do not have a proper source:

Some building block references my Life Drawing teacher drew up for us for our Figure Drawing class. Thought I would impart the wisdom.

DISCLAIMER: Boobies can vary in maany different shapes and sizes, both natural and fake boobies. The illustrations shown does not promise this goes for every single boobie out there. But it should cover most boobies. NOW GO DRAW BOOBIES<3
(well except the one about gravity - I am very sure about that one at least.)
my references: My own boobies, many life drawing studies, hentai and porn.
I need this so bad >_> Boobies are hard to draw. And I have a pair.
what, no jokes about the boob physics in anime?
Anime boob physics is terrifying. This, however, is a very good guide. xD
Watch me reblog this post about boobs with some very academic-sounding tags. /pokerface

MAGICAL PHOTOSHOP FILTER THAT MAKES PERSPECTIVE GRIDS FOR YOU
Okay, maybe people know about this for awhile already, but I just discovered it last night when I was copy pasting something and instead of pressing Ctrl+V, I hit Ctrl+Alt+V.
Best things tend to happen by accident.
(Except maybe pregnancies, but even that’s arguable)
